CCI Holdings Acquired BAA to Enter Aviation Market

Recently, CCI Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CCI Holdings) successfully acquired Business Aviation Asia Limited (hereinafter referred to as BAA), a leading and influential business aviation operator in Asia Pacific. At the same time, the ownership of several aeronautic vocational and technical colleges, aviation schools and air service providers were transferred to CCI Holdings, and then CCI Holdings is going to enter fully the market of aviation. 

BAA, founded in 2007, is headquartered in Shenzhen. BAA established multiple operation bases in Greater China Region, not only providing full range of customized services of business aviation, but also providing high-level corporate aircraft trusteeship to the corporate aircraft owners at home and abroad.

CCI Holdings is a group engaged in multiple industrial investments, and its businesses include automobile manufacturing and commerce and trade industrial chain, military equipment, high-end precision manufacturing, consumption services, global business travel property, industry funds and Pan assets management etc. The CCI Holdings officially said that, this acquisition can be considered as a new strategic layout of CCI Holdings in the section of industry operation, and it marks formal involvement of CCI Holdings in the aviation industry and related services, and it has engaged in Aeroamphibious traffic and transportation besides the existing automobile manufacturing and commerce and trade industrial chain, shipbuilding and transportation.
